To make the journey to and from camp safe and stress-free, we provide supervised coach bus transportation from both the Toronto/GTA and Ottawa regions. Please find your region's exact times and locations below.

Camp Venue: Camp Rhino proudly utilizes the facilities of Camp Cherith-Lanark (286 River Farm Lane, Lanark, ON, K0G 1K0).

 
🚌 Camp Rhino Bus Transportation & Schedules 

Region 1: Toronto & Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Approximate travel time to camp: 4 hours

• Stop Location: Cineplex-Odeon Parking Area at Scarborough Town Centre (300 Borough Drive, Scarborough, ON)
• Departing for Camp (Sunday, July 26):
  Check-In Begins: 1:30 PM
  • Bus Departs: 2:00 PM sharp
• Returning Home (Friday, July 31):
  Camper Pick-Up Time: 6:00 PM

Region 2: Ottawa & the Capital Region

Approximate travel time to camp: 1 hour 15 minutes

• Stop Location: Rexall Drugstore Parking Lot (2529 Carling Ave, Ottawa, ON)
• Departing for Camp (Sunday, July 26):
  Check-In Begins: 3:30 PM
  • Bus Departs: 4:00 PM sharp
• Returning Home (Friday, July 31):
  Camper Pick-Up Time: 3:15 PM

🛑 Important Information for Parents

⏱️ Arrive 30 Minutes Before Departure: Our staff will be on-site to tag luggage, check attendance, and collect any last-minute updates starting 30 minutes before the bus rolls out. Buses will depart exactly at the times listed above so that campers arrive at camp in time for dinner and evening orientation. We cannot hold the bus for late arrivals.

🚗 Parking & Loading Safety: Both drop-off locations are in busy commercial parking lots. To respect local businesses, please park in the outer areas of the lots away from the main storefront entrances. Please keep a close eye on your campers during the busy check-in and pick-up windows.

🪪 Friday Pick-Up Protocol: For the safety of your children, campers will only be released to adults listed on your authorized pick-up form. A valid photo ID is required for sign-out—no exceptions.
